This means that, thanks to the integrated PID controller, this valve can be used to directly control a process parameter, such as a level, pressure, flow rate or temperature. The position of the valve is automatically determined based on the input of the actual process value as well as the process set-point value.

This valve has NPT 1 inch female threaded ports. The valve has a stainless steel housing. The valve is normally closed (NC), which means the valve opens when voltage is applied. In case of power loss the valve stays in predefined safe position thanks to the energy storage unit within the actuator.

For media temperatures ranging from -10 to 130°C (14 to 266°F) and a maximum pressure of up to 25 bar (351 psi). The valve has a Kv-value of 12 m3/h (Cv-value of 13.9 gpm). The stainless steel housing is durable, suitable for corrosive media and harsh environments. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium. With its recirculating ball screw, the electric actuator is suitable for use in hygienic and aggressive environments. The high-speed 24V DC electric actuator moves the globe valve with ball screw to the desired end position. The valve takes 3.3 s to go from fully open to fully closed position. The actuator uses a büs communications protocol.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0572/1787/6152/files/3361_014_a_th_electromotivevalve.8b5db391_ddb1b2b1-526f-40fb-99ec-fd32a84c87ee.jpg?v=1722463929
https://tamisoon.com/products/npt-1-inch-process-controller-nc-stainless-steel-electric-globe-valve-3361-304107-304107
