0.25mm Mesh Stainless Steel Strainer Replacement Screen 40x49mm

Replacement screen in stainless steel 1.4401 (316) with 0.25 mm mesh width. Size Ø 40 x 49 mm (diameter x length). Fits the G 1 1/2 SLS Y-strainers SLS-F-112 and SLS-112. The screen retains particles larger than 0.25 mm. This is the fine-mesh screen. A finer mesh blocks sooner, so clean the screen more often. For coarser particles and a lower pressure drop, use the 0.8 mm standard screen V3MAA: it has the same size. Clean the screen at regular intervals to keep the pressure drop low. Replace a screen with a torn or deformed mesh, because it lets particles through. Replace the PTFE seals when they no longer seal at reassembly. The G 1 1/2 seal kit V3MAN is a separate product.

Replacement screens and PTFE seal kits for the SLS stainless steel Y-strainers, G 1/4 to G 2. Screens in stainless steel 1.4401 (316) with 0.8 mm standard mesh or 0.25 mm fine mesh. The standard and fine screens of one size have the same dimensions. To change the mesh width, change only the screen, not the strainer. One screen and one seal kit fit the G 1/4, G 3/8, and G 1/2 strainers. The seal kits contain silicone-free PTFE seals.
