Replacement nozzle in hardened steel with a 5 mm bore, for max. 12 bar. Fits the professional sand blast gun P227U. The abrasive wears the nozzle bore in service, so the nozzle is a wear part. Replace the nozzle when the bore is worn. Keep a spare nozzle for long jobs. Do not use quartz sand: it is not permitted as blasting abrasive for health reasons (silicosis). Use a silicosis-safe blasting abrasive with 0.3 to 0.8 mm grain size. This nozzle does not fit the hobby sand blast gun P227V.
