The Eaton Industries MCCB leakage current relay is an optional accessory for the NZM circuit-breaker series. It offers a flexible and easy mounting due to modular function groups. Notable features include approval according to IEC/EN 60947-2 standards, suitability for three and single-phase systems, and pulse current sensitivity adhering to the core-balance principle. Specifically, it fits 4-pole circuit-breaker NZM2-4 and switch-disconnector N2-4 regardless of network voltage Ue ranging from 280 to 690V at 50/60Hz. It includes an auxiliary contact (1s, 1 N/C integrated) and a reset button. This relay cannot be used with plug-in units, insulated enclosures or main switch assembly kits. Rather, it is designed for side panel mounting with a bracket. Its rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity depends on fitted NZM2 while using a switch-disconnector N2 depends on the back-up fuse to be used. It is ideal for use with NZM2-4, N2-4.
