NG6 (D03) Sandwich Pilot-Operated Check Valve A & B
NG6 / D03 sandwich pilot-operated check valves in lines A and B. Each line flows freely to the actuator and is blocked on return until the other line is pressurised. Mounts between the directional valve and the sub-plate (ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3, NFPA D03). Recommended flow up to 40 l/min, maximum about 60 l/min. Ductile iron body and NBR seals, for mineral oil of 20 to 400 mm²/s from -30 to +80 °C.

Description
Use it to hold a cylinder or motor in position in both directions when the directional valve is in neutral. Each check valve opens only when the other line is pressurised. Combine it with a directional valve whose middle position connects A and B to tank, such as spool J or H. With A and B blocked in the middle position, pressure trapped in the lines can keep the check valve open and the load can sink. Operating pressure up to 320 bar. It is supplied with its seals, but without fixing screws. Fix the stack with four M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9.
Pros:
- Holds the load in both directions when the valve is in neutral
- Opens automatically when the opposite line is pressurised
- Standard NG6 / D03 interface, stacks between valve and sub-plate
Cons:
- Supplied without fixing screws
Series:
Tameson NG6 sandwich pilot-operated check valves for NG6 / D03 valve stacks (DIN 24340-A6, ISO 4401-03, CETOP R 35 H-03, NFPA D03). Mounted between the directional valve and the sub-plate, they let oil flow freely to the actuator and block the return flow until the opposite line is pressurised, so cylinders and motors are held in position when the directional valve is in neutral. Versions with a check valve in line A, in line B, or in both lines. Ductile iron body, steel internals and NBR seals, for mineral-oil hydraulic fluids of 20 to 400 mm²/s from -30 to +80 °C. Operating pressure up to 320 bar, flow up to about 60 l/min with up to 40 l/min recommended. The valves are supplied with seals, without fixing screws; the stack is fixed with M5 socket head screws of property class 12.9.
